It's been a desire time since I've been here. I have realized that this is the WOE that was intended for me. I've been back and forth on several other diet plans trying to find what fits me. Knowing in the back of my mind that LCing is what fits. I ran across a schedule call the "Blood Type fast" and for my blood type I should be eating............. A LOW CARB DIET!!!!! I undergo learned that I have to eat what's right for my be and not connect the crowd. Last night I had friends and family over and they baked cookies had chips dip hotdogs punch etc. I made my cease chips ate hotdogs with chili and cease only had hotwings sf punch red peppers for my farm dip and did not desire any of the food they were having. In fact they were eating my Cheese chips red pepper slices and sf punch after stating that I must be crazy. To all my fellow LCarbers. Keep up the good work! Today has been a work one.
