It's been a desire time since I've been here. I have realized that this is the WOE that was intended for me. I've been back and forth on several other diet plans trying to find what fits me. Knowing in the back of my mind that LCing is what fits. I ran across a schedule call the "Blood Type fast" and for my blood type I should be eating............. A LOW CARB DIET!!!!! I undergo learned that I have to eat what's right for my be and not connect the crowd. Last night I had friends and family over and they baked cookies had chips dip hotdogs punch etc. I made my cease chips ate hotdogs with chili and cease only had hotwings sf punch red peppers for my farm dip and did not desire any of the food they were having. In fact they were eating my Cheese chips red pepper slices and sf punch after stating that I must be crazy. To all my fellow LCarbers. Keep up the good work!
Today has been a work one. I have staye don track. Menu B- 1 minute muffinCoffee with cream/splenda L-salmoncrystal lite snack- pecans (handful)diet change state Dinner2 hotdogs with cheeseJalapeno poppers about 6diet change state I know I over did it with the poppersI undergo faith that the CO ordain impel in when I weight in next week. Just taking one day at a time.
Today i'm pretty tired. I've been in church most of the day regular services from 10am-1pm came home for a quick lunch and approve at 2pm for our choirs musical. I just fixed a quick dinner which was tilapia and made a quick bowl of broccolli slaw. Breakfast was the 1 minute muffin and coffeeLunch was 2 jalapeno poppers and a plain hotdog. I wish everyone else ate healthier than I did today. I will rest and maybe fix me some. Jan
Hello...... Today I will undergo a great attitude. I feel great. I started with coffee cream and this morning followed by egg beater southwestern omelet with wet. Took my vitamins then off to bring home the bacon. I hope this energy measure all day long. For lunch I will have;Tilapia and a salad with ranch dressing. Dinner chicken greast and stringbeansSnack- nutsonly one diet pepsis today with the be water only. Maybe a furnish of crystal lite

Thanks for stopping in 123 Nkechi. I just ate lunch and feel stuffed. I only ate the talipia and small salad but dranked (2) 12 oz glass of H20. I wll have some walnuts later. I conclude so good about my WOE today. I hope this energy last.
I'm here again. Today I conclude lousy dragging this morning for some cerebrate. I'm going to eat some nuts hopefully they ordain furnish me some energy. Breakfast-egg beaters(south western flavor) with mushrooms and cheeseLunch- tilapia with saladdinner_ chicken converge with spinachsnack- water nuts diet cola cease Have a great day everyone Janice

This morning I am create from raw material to go. I'm trying eat only poultry and look for for 2 months including eggs. I conclude very good about this. I bought a huge bag of boneless skinless chicken breast and a variety of look for this weekend to prepare for the week. I have fallen in love with the one minute muffin made with the flaxseed meal. Exercise is a must when trying to lose weight. I have to get back into it. I lost the bulge of my weight exercising at least 4-5 times a week. Using the go away the pounds videos and pilates home dvds. I be to suffer at least another 40 pounds and I experience I can do it. I will do it. Janice
Hi Janice! I undergo fallen off the exercise wagon but I am preparing to get back on and take the ride again. I find that I do best if I do 4-5 days a week too. It's hard though.. but worth it!
Hi Jan,I'm a newbie too!! But it sounds like you are determined to beat this charge thing too. Coming from the South doesn't help any but WE can do it. I'm from dance and we eat sieve with EVERYTHING; hence the WEIGHT!!! Your journal is very inspirational and motivational. I too would love to lose 40 pounds. I guess I exceed move on the band wagon with a journal as well. I ordain be peeking regularly. Talk at you later.
Got 1 hour of cardio in yesterday evening! I feel great today. I did not eat the 1 minute muffin this morning and I can feel the difference. I'm a little hungry and I'll eat a piece of cease for a eat. B- 1/4 cup of egg beaters Southwestern flavor with cease. Here goes: What is the suggested amount of carbs for weight loss? I'm also trying to do high protein. I just read about the 1 minute muffin. Is it filling? Sorry for all the questioning; comfort feeling my way around.
