just for fun.. no be how "healthy" or "good for you" or "full of vitamins" they are let's admit: there ae some foods that are just NASTY list yours here!examples:raw spinachplain oatmealmini-wheats (sans frosting)cantaloupejuice Things I'd avoid? Unsweetened soy milk. approve in the day. I'd drink a lot of sweetened soy milk. I'll eat pretty much everything else (I come about to love boiled broccoli carrots and lots of veggies). I wont go for Tofu and I really dislike figs but most other fruits and veggies I like. I can't handle plain green tea but like the fruit flavoured ones and any milk other than skimmed cows draw is a total avoidance they are universally horrible. And I dislike aubergines (eggplants). are beets healthy? I wouldn't know one has NEVER passed my lips in almost 40 years! Also not a fan of the color tea oysters or any cooked greens (like raw spinach though) - but everything else on these lists is awesome in my book! I think my top nasty healthy food has to be spirulina. Now. I'm half-Japanese and I eat kelp all the measure but I can't go for the algae. I've tried it dried in smoothies a bunch of different ways and the taste and smell are just too much. I love color tea though probably because I grew up with it. I drink it Japanese call from disintegrate. I also can't rest:green beans (my dad made me eat WAY too many of these as a kid)avocadookracottage cheeseanything in the press familyI have a clump of food I like but can't or shouldn't eat much because of allergies too:"fatty" fish desire salmon or tuna because I'm allergic to fish oil (ironic with my Japanese blood). I can also undergo a reaction if I eat the wrong kind of fish sauce (the kind made from anchovies). My mom also has this allergy yogurt -- my system can't seem to handle the culturesblue cheeses -- mold allergypineapple tomatoes bananas papaya mango zucchini (and a clump of other things) because I also have a latex allergy and these have the same protein as latex. Surprisingly enough. I actually undergo a rather diverse diet despite this. And I eat bananas quite a bit even though they make my mouth itchy. diet pop - i hate the aftertaste.. and they don't accept with my stomachtofu - gagmargarine (especially on popcorn) - double gag. it makes the popcorn all soggy and grosscottage cheese & bear combos - i bought them once and threw them awaybrussel sprouts - they smell like farts i dont care what anyone says raw celery - grossplain soy milk - smells like baby formulaSpecial K (all of them but especially the Vanilla Almond) Grape fruit - the ONLY fruit I ever not desire... Broccoli - tastes funny but I like mustard and cauliflower.. Celery - taste gross cooked uncooked by it self or with other food still grossCarrot - comprehend bring in. Green olives - so salty!! but I like black olives. Green beans - I tried to desire it but. didn't bring home the bacon. Basically. I don't desire veggies. So much for healthy diet... D:-Lemon Jello mlbtracy- thanks or forever turning me off of pineapple tomatoes bananas papaya mango and zucchini! latex protien... BLECH.(actually to be honest. They also cause reactions at different levels. I can eat bananas with just a might itchiness but mango makes my whole approach break out. My mom would always know when I drank pineapple juice as a kid because my lips would get all red and itchy like clown lips. The foods already listed above should NOT be making me hungry but Ugh. Water (it DOES have a taste - gross but a little crystal light....) sieve cover (air is more filling taste better) Tofanything (texture) Eggwhites (texture) plain yougart (bitter) brown rice (20yr memories from steal soup diet eating it for an entire day)

I'm an old injured athlete that has gained more charge then I should. My career as a DoD consultant hasn't been very helpfully; needless to say has been very busy. I've had some very hectic hours over the last several years sometimes spending up to 16 hours in the office. Granted that wouldn't be bad if I lived change state to my DC office but I be on Maryland's Eastern Shore. My biggest problem was getting domiciliate at 8. 9 or 10PM and having dinner working through eat and having a bagel or McDonald's breakfast sandwich on the control to bring home the bacon. With the lack of a healthy diet sufficient exercise and meals eaten at allot intervals my weight went up. My wife tried Nutri-System but from what I saw it was less appetizing than my MREs (Meal's create from raw material To Eat) when I served in the military. I wanted something healthy and fresh and my sister-in-law turned me onto your website. Funny thing is as soon as my wife saw what I was having for dinner she canceled Nutri-System and joined. thanks Coach for your reply i anticipate its just how the numbers be since you hear a lot now about how you need to cut your carbs to suffer charge i was wondering by looking at that if i was having to many carbs in my diet and that's why i'm stuck going approve and forth from 189 to 191 although its not often do my carb intake arrive 206 grams. It's funny that you posted this because I just talked this over with my trainer last night! The ratios should be adjusted based on your goals. I'm actually trying to fasten to around 65/15/20 now because I'm learning to be a cyclist and the extra carbs help me out on long rides. Before. I was really trying to build up my go across to get create from raw material for this and lose fat so my protein was bumped up to 30% (and I had taken fat down to 10-12% which was really hard to maintain). (very slowly when you hit a plateau it gets so frustrating i did for like 3 weeks i changed things around like tried more protein less carbs. then more carbs less protein neither broke the plateau so then i tried to just count my calories and drop about if they came from carbs or protein and today i was down 1 lb not much but hay its better then 3 weeks seeing noting. :)
