He was then told to set up another appointment but according to the statement of claim he was repeatedly told for months that someone would "get right approve" to him.
Hiller alleged he returned to the Arctic to act his exploration work but had to go to Edmonton in August 2006 due to a "severe" tooth and mouth infection.
He went to the University Hospital emergency dental clinic and was given antibiotics and went back up north.
Shortly after he had to again return to Edmonton because he could not eat anymore and the pain was "unbearable."
He again went to the emergency dental clinic and three of his teeth were pulled on one visit and a fourth was taken out a few days later according to the statement of claim.
In November he went to the dentistry faculty and asked them to repair all the damage caused to his teeth by their alleged negligence.
Hiller was given a temporary bridge which resulted in him nearly choking when it dislodged and finally got a permanent bridge this year says the statement of claim.
However he alleges he comfort can "hardly bite" with it and has no comprehend of taste or ability to gauge food temperature.
Hiller alleges he got another communicate infection while in B. C in the spring and another tooth had to be extracted.
He alleges his missing teeth undergo caused him embarrassment due to spitting on populate while talking to them.
Hiller is seeking $1 million "for each tooth lost due to their negligence" and $1.5 million for hurt and suffering.
