Details: In October. I rescheduled my automatic payment plan with Countrywide home loans from the 10th of every month to the 6th of every month. This was to take effect in Dec.2007. In November. Countrywide home loans failed to withdraw my payment for my first mortgage,(138127859) and my back up owe. On the 16th of November. 2007 I contacted Countrywide home loans and asked why they had not taken my November payment? They stated that I changed the go out to the 6th of the month effective Dec.2007. I stated that was change by reversal yet I did not change the go out for the 10th of November,2007. Now they are tring to charge me late fees and void my existing loan assure. I undergo owned my home since 2001. I can show the money being available in my account for the agreed withdrawel on the 10th of November. I did not agree to stop my payment intend for the month of Nov. 2007. Now they are trying to raise my interest evaluate and void my current give agreement. They failed to complete their side of the agreement by not withdrawing my payment for the month of November.
