Wasn't there some command for this guy to panhandle? There was a new story on one of the local channels out of Spokane,WA that documented one panhandlers day. After his territorial pissing the guy ended up pulling $250.00 in 6 hours. He change surface had work clothes that he would dress out of at the end of his busy bring home the bacon day. I never furnish money to those dickwads.

Could it be that the restaurant was in the apparel of pouring out wet from steam tables in a particular spot and someone placed himself where he knew it might happen?
It just doesn't add up. It's much easier to tell a panhandler to get off the property or the police will be called than it is to willingly deflower someone with scalding water.
And as far as those interstate panhandlers go--yeah. I experience of some fakes. One is my mom's former dwell's uncle. He's not needy at all but he stands beside an interstate exit act with a write.

not really related but a funny drunk bum story that happened to me and my friends on BART last night.
this bum came up to me and my friends and told us to forbid talking or he would injure us. Apparently he thought we were chargers fans.
when the doors opened moments later at a stop i tackled him out of the train his shoe landed like 5 feet away.
He tried to crawl approve and i planted a kick firmly in his approach and pushed just like the santa in christmas story. Transit employees came to check out the disturbance. They guy was screaming "He pushed me arrest him" and me and my friends simply pointed out the guy said he was going to injure us.
5 months went by? Then Bernstein of Farmington Hills (a nice suburb)(should I even mention on the name Bernstein?) decides to carry this public. Maybe it is just me but is it possible that Bernstein is in it for the money?

This is why I wished we still lived in the Old West. The manager asks the bum to act he refuses and then the manager guns him down. End of story and one less worthless homeless bum to deal with.
Can't really go around scalding people with boiling wet if that's what happened. But it is rough for a business to have a panhandler permanently stationed outside their door. It really does create a nuissance for customers and drives away business - which can ingeminate to a significant amount of lost revenue (which adds up if the bum decides to alter the displace a daily hangout). If I have to decide between two near identical places only one of the has a bum standing outside 'holding the door' for me and demanding money which am I going to go to?
Sorry but if threatened with anything. I'm going to hit first and ask questions later. Common sense prevails. I'll worry about what the law says later.
Bums are mostly a sorry bunch and I have no patience with them. Like a go dog if you fee it it will go approve.

You can't throw boiling water on someone because you feel annoyed. The person who did that should serve prison time the same way that any violent criminal should.
The bums in BNS's area. I dunno seem to undergo this attitude of entitlement. "I'm homeless so of cover you're gonna furnish me what I be/do what I say." Pissing all over the Mission govern change surface in broad daylight; scaring my kids while we're just walking by.
And in the DC area there are laws restricting panhandling but outside the govern it's anything goes. Years ago before we moved away from that hell hit one of the tv stations did a news bit on panhandlers. One woman was interviewed with two small girls sitting with her. They were all wearing clothes that looked a bit worn and she used the line that she needed to feed her babies. She said she got enough money each pass to pay for her weekly bus fare to/from her corporate job and a manicure but only if she took the kids along. "They back up me get more money." I stopped giving away my dress that very day.
We have a type of "bum" in our neighborhood we call "pickers". They go through the cast aside and take out any items they determine to be of determine. They never leave the area in a eat so I evaluate what the heck let them do what they be. Last year they were out at the end of my driveway So I asked if they wanted an old car battery that didnt bring home the bacon (you get $5.00 for it at the auto parts store) and I just bought a new lawn mower and asked if they wanted that. They said yes but would not go up the drive as they didn't want my neighbors to think that they just walked.
