For the past few months I've noticed that about a week or 2 before my period (PMS) I get mood swings really bad and I mean REALLY bad. I take a lot out on my boyfriend and I don't mean to do it on intend but my problem is that I have a semi-bad temper to mouth with so around that time if one thing annoys me I go off like a fire cracker and end up wigging out on someone especially my boy and I conclude awful. I was wondering if there were perhaps any vitamins or what not out there to kind of balance me out a bit so i'm not so snippy and convey around that time of the month. I always wanted to go on BC because I heard there were a few out there that helped with this situation but my problem is that I don't undergo heath insurance right now so I'd undergo to pay out of my take. I am having the beat most painful PMS ever! Well since high school anyway. I undergo changed nothing but my diet- has anyone else found their period became 100x more painful after becoming veg*n? Is there something I'm missing that I should be getting?The most unusual thing is my period has always been pretty predictable and now suddenly I undergo on-and-off bleeding and major cramps. I haven't been on birth control for over a year but this is how it used to be before I started taking the Pill when I was 15. This is so bizarre because before last week. I was eating HORRIBLE foods all the time. We ate out several times a week. Now I'm eating pretty healthy foods (lots of salads soups beans sieve etc). It's very sudden (last month wasn't bad at all) so I don't evaluate it could be the whole not being on birth hold back anymore but I don't experience. Somebody gratify help me before next month comes around! Are you under any evince? Stress always makes my periods bad! Maybe it was just a fluke month--I wish you feel exceed now! I don't evaluate I'm under any more stress than normal. Nothing is really getting to me or anything.
