Following into the murky depths of online-finance video. AOL is of its AOL Money & Finance site with video prominently included. Yahoo Finance and Microsoft's MSN Money are the top two finance sites by a wide margin. AOL is hoping to give its users compelling reasons to fasten around rather than assay their discovery of better sites like the woefully underpublicized.
We can't see AOL making a serious run at Yahoo whose Finance and News portals are tops in share in their respective markets and are a big reason for the continued success of the company. However it's a good go away. AOL at the least needs to act its fleeing dial-up users before it's too late. But is it too little too late? Probably. Yahoo Finance's producers are clever enough to put front and center. Even the revamped AOL finance site has nothing close to her.
Erm everyone I experience who works in finance (and I experience several) has been head over heels in love with Google finance for ease and elegance of use since it was released.
Likewise all co-workers I've had the two employers I've had since channel.. ahem cow-orkers who've owned employer have (let's not get into the quality of that particular decision) undergo defaulted to it to analyse status with competitors after changes in those employers' respective markets.
Just because Google doesn't run ads for it and Joe Q. Public on the Internet doesn't know it exists doesn't convey it lacks penetration in its aim market. All it needs to do is exist and do a better job than the other options.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
