Nursing Registration- paying by credit card

Hi AllIn an impasse at the momment with NBV in paying for nursing registration from the UK,They keep saying credit card declined but our UK credit card provider says paymnets should be made no problems !Anyone else experienced this? what was the answer ?Otherwise we will have to send an international draw by collect MAIL (another 20-00 quid). breathe.. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
